Edifier's New Headphones Pass StarFlash Certification
Edifier's EDF200259 headphones have successfully passed the StarFlash Alliance tests, positioning them to become the second third-party brand headphones supporting StarFlash audio.
Chinese technology firm Edifier, officially Beijing Edifier Technology Co., Ltd., has had its EDF200259 headphones listed as certified by the StarFlash Alliance (Xing Shan Alliance). The certification includes tests for high-definition audio protocol compliance, indicating the product is ready for market.
The Edifier EDF200259 is expected to be the second set of third-party brand headphones to support StarFlash audio technology. This technology aims to provide enhanced audio quality and more stable connections for wireless audio devices.
Founded in 1996, Edifier is a known audio equipment manufacturer, with Shenzhen Edifier Technology Co., Ltd. as its parent company. The company offers a wide range of consumer products across various market segments.
Edifier's previously announced StarFlash-compatible model, the Comfo Clip Q2, was introduced in September. This model operates on the OpenHarmony system and gained StarFlash support through an update to the Edifier Connect app.
