EFICYENT and IME partner to enhance money transfers to Nepal

EFICYENT, a global platform for cross-border payments, has announced a strategic partnership with IME Limited, a Nepal-based money transfer company. The partnership, formalized through a memorandum of understanding signed on June 29, 2026, aims to bolster international remittances to Nepal.

The agreement allows customers within EFICYENT's worldwide network to send funds directly to recipients in Nepal, with options for bank account deposits and digital wallet transfers. This expansion extends EFICYENT's reach into one of South Asia's key remittance markets.

Under the partnership, funds sent to Nepal will be credited immediately to recipients' bank accounts or digital wallets. Both bank and wallet transactions will be processed in real-time, enhancing the speed and convenience for those receiving money.
