eGain Launches Agentic Studio for Autonomous Customer Request Resolution
eGain Corporation has released Agentic Studio, a new capability enabling AI agents to autonomously resolve customer requests end-to-end. The new tool aims to reduce customer service handle times and lower operational costs.
eGain Corporation has announced the launch of Agentic Studio, a new capability within its eGain AI Agent platform. This new solution is designed to equip AI agents with the ability to autonomously resolve customer requests from initiation to completion, without human intervention.
The Agentic Studio aims to reduce average customer service handle times, improve first contact resolution rates, and lower service costs. The feature allows AI agents to query external systems and execute transactions on behalf of the customer.
The tool utilizes multi-agent orchestration to handle complex requests. It converts existing process documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) directly into functional workflows, enabling customer service organizations to deploy autonomous processes more rapidly. A library of pre-built workflow templates offers an even faster path to deployment.
Agentic Studio includes capabilities such as external system access for data retrieval and autonomous transactions like record updates. For sensitive, regulated interactions, it provides deterministic AI guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance. If a request requires human judgment, the conversation seamlessly transfers to a live agent with full context.
eGain CEO Ashu Roy stated that Agentic Studio extends previous AI investments by enabling multiple AI agents to act on verified, trusted knowledge.
