eGain Launches New AI Platform for Customer Experience Development
eGain Corporation has released eGain Composer, a modular AI knowledge development platform designed to streamline the creation of AI applications for customer experience.
Chicago – eGain Corporation (NASDAQ: EGAN) announced the general availability of eGain Composer, a modular AI knowledge platform aimed at building customer experience applications. The announcement was made on October 14, 2025, during the company's Solve25 user conference.
The new platform utilizes a composable architecture to address fragmentation and inflexibility issues common in current AI knowledge systems. eGain Composer reportedly unifies and enhances the development of AI solutions by providing integrated access to the eGain AI Knowledge Hub.
Key features include "Trusted Knowledge™," which ensures unified, accurate, and compliant content for AI applications. The platform also offers content lifecycle management, advanced compliance adhering to standards like GDPR and HIPAA, and support for reliable agentic actions.
eGain Composer allows developers to flexibly integrate solutions across various environments, including web, desktop, and mobile applications. It employs open APIs, SDKs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, with some components available on GitHub.
