These connectors integrate leading AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini CLI, and Cursor, with eGain AI Knowledge Hub, the company’s AI-powered knowledge management platform.
The aim is to provide organizations with a unified and governed knowledge source that all AI models, agents, and development environments can utilize. This ensures that the information used is accurate and up-to-date, as opposed to fragmented and outdated sources that can lead to contradictory outputs and compliance risks.
The new connectors are part of the eGain AI Knowledge Connector family, a broader integration architecture designed to unify and govern enterprise knowledge.
