eGain Reports Q2 2026 Results, AI Knowledge Hub ARR Grows 27%
eGain Corporation announced its fiscal 2026 second-quarter financial results, reporting a 27% year-over-year increase in annual recurring revenue for its AI Knowledge Hub.
eGain Corporation, a provider of AI-powered knowledge management solutions, released its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. The company's AI Knowledge Hub solution saw its annual recurring revenue (ARR) grow by 27% compared to the previous year, reaching $48.4 million.
This growth makes the AI Knowledge Hub a substantial part of the company's business, now comprising 64% of the total SaaS ARR. CEO Ashu Roy highlighted ongoing customer momentum, including a significant win with Achmea, a European insurance and financial services group, which selected eGain to support 21,000 users.
The company's total revenue for the quarter was $23.0 million, a 3% increase year-over-year. Gross margin, on both GAAP and non-GAAP bases, improved from the prior year's second quarter. GAAP net income was reported at $2.3 million, or $0.09 per share.
Additionally, eGain provided guidance for the upcoming third quarter and updated its full-year 2026 forecast. The company projects total revenue for fiscal year 2026 to be between $90.5 million and $92.0 million.
The company also reported that its cash and cash equivalents stood at $83.1 million at the end of the quarter.
