EigenQ, Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. File Registration for Business Combination
Technology firm EigenQ and SPAC Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. have filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as they proceed with a proposed business combination.

Technology company EigenQ and special purpose acquisition company Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. (SVAQ) have moved forward with their proposed business combination by filing a registration statement on Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The public filing is a regulatory step required for the companies to merge. The document includes a preliminary proxy statement/prospectus detailing the terms of the planned business combination. The filing has not yet been declared effective by the SEC, and its contents are subject to change.
This advancement follows EigenQ's recent announcement of securing approximately $45 million in financing. This capital is intended to support the commercialization of its quantum-safe security products and ongoing development in areas such as security, communications, networking, and sensing for the quantum era.
Under the terms of the agreement, SVAQ will re-domicile to Delaware and, upon completion, the combined entity will be renamed EigenQ Holdings, Inc. (PubCo). The combined company is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "EIGQ." The transaction is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, pending SEC effectiveness, shareholder approval, and other customary conditions.
