Easton, Pennsylvania – Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) announced on Tuesday that its total portfolio is valued at approximately $406 million. The company's holdings include stakes in artificial intelligence firm OpenAI and Beast Industries, alongside substantial amounts of digital assets such as Ethereum (ETH) and Worldcoin (WLD) tokens, as well as cash reserves.
As of July 15, 2026, the portfolio comprises an indirect investment of $90 million in OpenAI, $18 million in Beast Industries, and $1 million in Mythical Games. The digital asset portion includes 283.5 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens and 16,278 Ethereum (ETH) units. Additionally, Eightco holds approximately $148 million in cash and cash equivalents.
Eightco stated its treasury portfolio holds key components for the future of AI and digital finance systems. The company highlighted its investment in OpenAI, which is reportedly developing a household AI companion device that could compete with tech giants like Apple and Google. OpenAI also recently released GPT-5.6 Sol, a new model featuring enhanced efficiency and capabilities, with an emphasis on security features.
Regarding Worldcoin (WLD), Eightco holds the world's largest publicly disclosed WLD position, representing approximately 8% of the circulating supply. A significant milestone is expected on July 24, 2026, when the rate of new WLD token issuance is projected to decrease by about 43%, aligning with the protocol's original whitepaper. The recent listing of Worldcoin tokens on Robinhood has also expanded access for millions of users.
