Easton, Pennsylvania – July 17, 2026 – Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) today provided an update on its asset portfolio, reporting a total value of approximately $406 million as of July 15, 2026. The holdings encompass a mix of digital assets and private equity investments in technology companies.
The company's portfolio includes a $90 million indirect stake in OpenAI and an $18 million investment in Beast Industries. Eightco also holds $1 million in Mythical Games. In terms of digital assets, the company possesses 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD) tokens, valued at approximately $0.41 per token, and 16,278 Ethereum (ETH).
In addition to its technology and cryptocurrency holdings, Eightco maintains approximately $148 million in cash and stablecoins. This strategic allocation positions the company with exposure to key areas of the digital economy, including artificial intelligence and decentralized finance.
The announcement also noted recent developments concerning its investments. OpenAI has reportedly launched a new AI virtual companion and released GPT-5.6 Sol, enhancing its AI capabilities and security features. Worldcoin is approaching a significant token unlock event on July 24, which is expected to reduce the daily issuance rate of WLD tokens, potentially impacting its market dynamics.
