EisnerAmper to Acquire RSM Sage Intacct Consulting Practice
Advisory firm EisnerAmper will integrate RSM US LLP’s Sage Intacct consulting team into its technology solutions practice by early 2027.
EisnerAmper has reached an agreement to acquire the Sage Intacct consulting practice from RSM US LLP. The transaction, which is scheduled to close in early 2027, will bring more than 35 professionals into EisnerAmper’s Technology Solutions group.
The acquired team provides implementation, optimization, and customized reporting services for the Sage Intacct ERP platform. The practice serves clients across several sectors, including healthcare, nonprofits, real estate, and professional services.
According to EisnerAmper, the integration is part of a broader strategy to expand its advisory capabilities regarding cloud-based financial management software and AI-driven accounting solutions. The leadership teams from both firms stated that the move aims to combine industry-specific knowledge with technical expertise to support client growth.
