Elanders Group, a global supplier of integrated solutions within print, packaging, and logistics services, has named Åsa Vilsson its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment, effective April 26, 2024, also includes Vilsson joining Elanders' Group Management.
Vilsson previously held the position of Vice President of Group Finance at Elanders. She has been serving as the acting CFO since February 2024, following the departure of Andréas Wikner.
"I am very pleased that Åsa has chosen to accept the role as CFO and that we can fill such an important function internally," said Magnus Nilsson, President and CEO. Vilsson holds a Master's degree in Business and Economics and possesses a broad background in accounting.
Vilsson succeeds Andréas Wikner, who leaves Elanders for family reasons. Wikner had served as CFO since 2010 and was recognized for his significant contributions to the company's development during his tenure.
