Elanders Nomination Committee Proposes Eva Elmstedt as New Board Member
Elanders AB's nomination committee will propose Eva Elmstedt as a new member of the Board of Directors at the company's Annual General Meeting.
Elanders AB's nomination committee has proposed Eva Elmstedt for election to the company's Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Elmstedt holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science and brings significant experience from the technology sector.
Currently, Elmstedt serves as the Chairman of the Board of Proact IT Group. She is also a member of the boards for several other companies, including Addtech, Arjo, Semcon, and Smart Eye. Her previous roles include senior positions at prominent technology firms such as Nokia Networks, Nokia Siemens Networks, Ericsson, and the mobile operator 3.
The nomination committee also proposed the re-election of the existing board members. Employee representatives elected by the staff will also form part of the board. Pam Fredman and Linus Karlsson will not be standing for re-election.
