Elanders AB reported a decline in net sales for the full year 2025, with sales amounting to EUR 12,201 million (EUR 14,143 million) in the previous year. This represents an organic net sales reduction of three percent, excluding acquisitions and discontinued operations.

The company's adjusted EBITA for the year was EUR 776 million (EUR 879 million). Operating profit was significantly impacted by one-off items totaling EUR -206 million, attributed to structural measures aimed at adapting to a weaker market and improving group margins. These measures are projected to yield annual cost savings of approximately EUR 232 million.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, adjusted EBITA increased to EUR 267 million (EUR 247 million), with the adjusted EBITA margin improving to 8.7 percent (6.2 percent). However, net sales for the quarter saw an organic decrease of two percent.

The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of SEK 2.10 per share for 2025, down from SEK 4.15 per share in the prior year. Net debt decreased by EUR 1,123 million during the year to EUR 7,989 million.
