ELEGOO Launches H1 HT Filament Dryer for High-Quality 3D Printing
Shēnzhèn-based ELEGOO has introduced its H1 HT filament dryer, capable of drying at temperatures up to 85°C. The device aims to enhance 3D print quality by addressing filament moisture issues.
ELEGOO, a manufacturer in the smart manufacturing sector, has announced the release of its H1 HT filament dryer. This unit is designed to reach drying temperatures as high as 85 degrees Celsius, addressing a common problem of moisture absorption in 3D printing filaments, which can degrade print quality.
The H1 HT aims to improve the consistency and reliability of 3D prints by ensuring filament is properly dried. It supports a range of materials, from common PLA and PETG to more advanced types like PA and PC. Inside the dryer, the filament spool rotates automatically to ensure uniform exposure to heat and facilitate effective moisture removal. The device features an active dehumidification system with automatic vents that release moist air and then seal tightly.
The dryer is designed with user convenience and safety in mind. It includes a 3.5-inch color touchscreen interface for easy operation and monitoring, offering preset modes for various filament types. ELEGOO has incorporated multiple safety features, such as overheat protection, a fire-retardant interior shell, and detection systems for lid opening and fan malfunction.
ELEGOO states that the H1 HT is designed for universal compatibility with most FDM 3D printers available on the market, regardless of brand. This release complements ELEGOO's existing ecosystem, aiming to provide a comprehensive workflow from filament management to the final print.
The ELEGOO H1 HT filament dryer is available starting July 24, 2026, priced at $70 USD, with availability in the United States, the UK, the European Union, Canada, Australia, and Japan through ELEGOO’s official online store.
