Elements Wellness built ₹1,264 Cr brand by leveraging consumer product strategy
Indian wellness brand Elements Wellness has built a business valued at over ₹1,264 crore (approx. $151 million) by focusing on preventive healthcare through everyday consumer goods.

Indian wellness brand Elements Wellness has established a significant market presence with its valuation reaching ₹1,264 crore (approximately $151 million) as of FY26. The company's strategy centers on integrating health benefits into daily consumer products like toothpaste and soap, making preventive healthcare a seamless part of people's routines.
Founded in 2013 by Rajesh Chandan, Elements Wellness emerged from his personal struggle with chronic health issues that conventional medicine failed to resolve. After a two-year search, he found a solution through Ayurveda, addressing the root causes of his illness. This experience motivated him to create products promoting preventive well-being.
Elements Wellness partners with leading manufacturers, the same facilities that produce for established Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands. All products are AYUSH-certified Ayurvedic formulations, blending traditional knowledge with modern manufacturing and safety standards. The company aims to make preventive health an effortless aspect of daily life, rather than an additional chore.
Currently, Elements Wellness offers over 110 products spanning personal care, healthcare, food, and beverages. The brand serves more than 14 million customers across India through a network of over 500,000 wellness experts. Elements Wellness accounts for 40% of parent company IndiaShoppe's business, demonstrating its strategic success in the consumer market.
