Elevate SaaS debuts AI-native workforce management platform
Elevate SaaS introduced its modernized Vendor Management System (VMS) with a native AI architecture at the SIA CWS Summit in Dallas, Texas.

Elevate SaaS has launched its modernized Vendor Management System (VMS) platform, featuring a native AI architecture, at the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Summit in Dallas, Texas. The platform integrates AI agents directly into the operating layer, rather than as an external add-on.
The system utilizes an orchestration layer, named MEL (My Elevate Liaison), to route tasks to specialized AI agents that function 24/7 within the platform. This approach allows the agents to not only surface information but also to act on it, managing tasks such as requisition distribution, compliance checks, and invoice reconciliation.
"The VMS market is dividing into two distinct paths," stated Rob Morris, CEO of Elevate SaaS. "One layers AI on top of legacy infrastructure. The other rebuilds the platform with AI agents at its core."
Key features showcased include "Ask MEL," an AI assistant for workforce inquiries, and the "Agentic Marketplace," offering specialized agents for functions like sourcing, onboarding, and compliance management. The platform aims to automate and streamline contingent workforce program operations.
