Helsinki – Elisa has signed a committed credit facility amounting to EUR 300 million. This arrangement secures the refinancing of the company's EUR 300 million bond that matures in September 2027.
The facility can be drawn within a pre-agreed period up to the maturity date of the bond. The credit facility itself matures in August 2029.
The credit facility is provided by Danske Bank, Nordea Bank, and SEB. The annual coupon rate of the bond maturing in 2027 is 0.25 percent.
This move aligns with Elisa's strategy to manage its debt proactively and maintain a strong balance sheet. The company issued the original bond in 2022.
