EliseAI Raises $350M, Doubles Valuation to $4B
AI company EliseAI announced it has raised $350 million, doubling its valuation to $4 billion in one year.

AI company EliseAI announced on Tuesday that it has secured $350 million in funding, reaching a $4 billion valuation. This marks a doubling of the company's valuation from its Series E round last August.
Founded in 2017, EliseAI focuses on automating administrative and operational tasks for companies in the housing and healthcare sectors. The company states its software is utilized in one in six apartments across the United States and has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Earlier in September, EliseAI launched its AI "teammate" named Apollo. This AI assistant is built into the EliseAI platform and is designed to support various roles within a property management team, including leasing, maintenance, and renewals.
In the healthcare sector, EliseAI automates patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups. This process covers tasks from initial contact and scheduling to insurance verification and chart preparation. The company targets housing and healthcare due to their significance as major expenses for American households.
