The deal was advised by Headpoint Advisors, with financial backing from Lonsdale Capital. This acquisition supports Elite Electronic Systems' strategic goals of broadening its service offering and entering high-integrity markets.

Kingfield Electronics, with a 40-year history, operates within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. The company serves clients across aerospace, defence, and other mission-critical industries.
