Elizabeth Griffin Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Foundation
Miracle Foundation, a global nonprofit focused on ensuring children grow up in safe families, has named Elizabeth Griffin as its new Chief Executive Officer. Griffin brings over two decades of experience in international child protection and organizational growth.

The Miracle Foundation, a global nonprofit organization headquartered in Austin, Texas, has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Griffin as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026.
Griffin possesses more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and social impact. Her background includes work in child welfare, human trafficking, disability services, international development, crisis response, and community-based care. Throughout her career, she has led organizations through substantial growth and transformation, cultivated cross-sector partnerships, and managed multi-million dollar fundraising campaigns.
Most recently, Griffin served as the CEO of The BiG Community, where she oversaw significant organizational expansion, including a $12 million capital campaign. Prior to that, she was a founding member of the leadership team at Unbound Now, helping to scale the organization's operations from one county to six countries and supporting the development of a replication network across nine states and 12 partners. Her experience spans over 10 countries across four global regions.
The appointment comes as Miracle Foundation continues its mission to prevent family separation and strengthen child welfare systems. The organization has supported over 44,000 children and 27,500 families to date through its programs and partnerships. Griffin will lead the foundation's global strategy and operations, focusing on scaling family-based care solutions.
