Eluvio Updates Global Broadcast Fabric with New Distribution and AI Features
Eluvio is launching new advanced features for its Global Broadcast Fabric at IBC 2026. The updates aim to enhance zero-copy broadcast distribution, direct-to-consumer OTT streaming, and AI-driven video intelligence.

Eluvio is introducing significant updates to its Global Broadcast Fabric platform at the IBC 2026 trade show. The technology aims to transform live broadcast distribution by replacing traditional satellite and cloud-based systems. Key enhancements focus on zero-copy distribution, direct-to-consumer (D2C) over-the-top (OTT) streaming, and integrated artificial intelligence for video analytics.
The Global Broadcast Fabric promises reduced global latency and jitter, reportedly achieving sub-500ms latency and sub-millisecond jitter. It supports SMPTE 2022-7 standards with decentralized multipath capabilities, enabling rapid global stream switching and failover, crucial for maintaining live broadcast continuity.
Eluvio highlights that the updated distribution model significantly reduces the need for data duplication, thereby improving resource efficiency and accelerating content delivery. This is particularly relevant in the fast-paced live broadcasting environment where immediate content access is paramount.
The new features also aim to provide enhanced scalability and control for D2C OTT streaming services, along with new monetization opportunities. Furthermore, integrated AI capabilities will analyze video content in real-time, offering tools for content identification and optimization.
