Employer Flexible Updates Proprietary myHR Platform to Scale Operations
Houston-based HR outsourcing firm Employer Flexible has launched a redesigned version of its proprietary myHR system, incorporating new AI-ready capabilities for its client base.

Employer Flexible has rolled out an updated version of its myHR platform, which serves as the core operational engine for its HR outsourcing services. Unlike many competitors in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space that rely on third-party software vendors, the company maintains its own technology stack to control development cycles and feature rollouts.
The updated interface centralizes payroll, benefits, and workforce management into a single system. According to CEO Michael Hopkins, the goal of the redesign is to improve data visibility for business owners, reducing the reliance on manual spreadsheets and disconnected administrative tasks.
Future development for the platform focuses on AI-driven analytics, with plans to automate compliance monitoring and risk detection. CFO Bob Prather noted that the proprietary technology serves as a key asset for the firm, providing the necessary infrastructure to scale into new geographic markets while maintaining a standardized service model.
