Endava plc faces class action lawsuit over accounting disclosures
Endava plc is the subject of a securities class action lawsuit following a share price drop in September 2026. The complaint alleges the company misrepresented its accounting practices and internal controls.

A securities class action lawsuit has been filed against Endava plc in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The legal action alleges that the company and certain executives issued misleading statements between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026, failing to disclose material weaknesses in its internal controls and specific accounting irregularities.
The litigation follows an announcement on September 21, 2026, that the company’s CFO, Mark Thurston, had been placed on administrative leave. The decision occurred after external auditors raised concerns regarding the accounting treatment of customer and supplier agreements, forcing a delay in the company's 2026 financial reporting. Following this disclosure, Endava’s stock value declined by approximately 24.37 percent.
The complaint asserts that because of these undisclosed issues, investors were provided with an inaccurate assessment of the company’s financial health. The lawsuit seeks to recover losses for shareholders who acquired securities during the specified period.
Eligible investors have until November 30, 2026, to move the court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the case.
