Endodontics Ltd. has completed its first year of operation under the ownership of Dr. Bailey Weightman, following her 2025 acquisition of the Mount Pleasant practice.
Endodontics Ltd., a specialist dental practice based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, has marked one year under the leadership of Dr. Bailey Weightman. Dr. Weightman acquired the practice from Dr. Jason Cohen in November 2025, following a three-month transition period designed to maintain clinical continuity.
During her first year, Dr. Weightman has prioritized operational upgrades, including the installation of new microscopes, advanced 3D imaging systems, and updated operatory equipment. Beyond technical investments, the practice has focused on expanding its referral network across the Charleston area while maintaining established relationships with existing local providers.
Dr. Weightman, a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, stated that the practice remains committed to its core focus on root canal therapy and apical surgery. The clinical team has undergone staffing adjustments during this inaugural year to support the practice’s updated service model.
