Endure Critical Solutions Expands UPS and Battery Service Capacity in Southeast U.S.

Endure Critical Solutions, a North American critical power services company, has acquired the UPS services division of Precise Power. The company stated this acquisition further expands Endure's service network in the Southeast United States, a region crucial for power supply to data centers and other mission-critical facilities.

Through the acquisition, Precise Power's existing UPS service customers will gain access to Endure's broader coverage and resources, while continuing to work with the familiar service teams they know. Endure offers nationwide, vendor-neutral UPS and battery services, including preventive and predictive maintenance, 24/7 emergency response, and support for battery and energy storage systems.

Endure Critical Solutions has recently consolidated several companies, including Quality Power Solutions and Power Storage Solutions, to create a single national provider for critical power infrastructure lifecycle services. The company serves sectors such as data centers, healthcare, government, and manufacturing.
