Energy Fuels Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results and Strategic Expansion Progress

Energy Fuels Inc. reported revenue of $29.2 million for the third quarter of 2026, as the company’s uranium segment maintained profitability for the third consecutive quarter. However, the company recorded a net loss of $52.4 million, primarily attributed to a $35.3 million non-cash, unrealized mark-to-market loss on its marketable securities portfolio linked to rising interest rates.

As of September 30, 2026, Energy Fuels maintained a strong liquidity position, reporting over $900 million in working capital. President and CEO Ross Bhappu stated that the company remains focused on disciplined execution and converting its strategic assets into sustainable cash flow as it shifts toward rare earth metal production.

Significant corporate developments during the quarter included the completion of the Australian Strategic Materials (ASM) acquisition, providing the company with commercial-scale metals processing capabilities. The company is also awaiting regulatory approval for its acquisition of Vacuumschmelze (VAC), which it expects to close in early 2027. Concurrently, construction has commenced on heavy rare earth oxide circuits at the White Mesa Mill in Utah, with commissioning targeted for early 2028.
