Hardware manufacturer ENERMAX has warned consumers about unauthorized AQUAFUSION II 240/360 liquid coolers, confirming that only specific serial numbers qualify for official warranty coverage.
Component manufacturer ENERMAX has issued a formal notice regarding the presence of non-official AQUAFUSION II 240/360 liquid cooling units in the market. The company claims these unauthorized products pose potential safety risks, citing inferior sealing processes that could lead to leaks.
To help consumers distinguish between authorized and unauthorized units, ENERMAX has released a specific range of serial numbers. Only products with serial numbers between 2533120142257 and 2533120142456 are recognized as genuine. These units are eligible for full manufacturer warranty services and leak compensation policies.
Devices with serial numbers outside of this specific range are not recognized by the manufacturer. ENERMAX stated that it will not provide technical support, repairs, or warranty claims for any units identified as unauthorized.
