Enfinity Global Partners with Strioga Family Foundation on 150 MW Energy Storage Project in Italy
Enfinity Global and E Energy Invest, Strioga Family Foundation's investment vehicle, have finalized a partnership where the foundation will acquire a 49.9% stake in a 150 MW energy storage project in Italy.

Milan, Italy – Enfinity Global, an energy company, and E Energy Invest, the investment vehicle of the Strioga Family Foundation, have announced a strategic investment partnership in Italy. Under the agreement, the Strioga Family Foundation will acquire a 49.9% stake in a 150 MW battery energy storage project (BESS) located in the province of Livorno, Tuscany.
Enfinity Global will retain a 50.1% majority stake and will be responsible for completing the remaining development and construction phases, as well as for the long-term asset management of the project. The 150 MW project, which is fully permitted, has a capacity of 600 MWh and a duration of 4 hours.
This project is part of Enfinity Global's 6.7 GW BESS portfolio in Italy and is intended to enhance grid flexibility, facilitate greater integration of renewable energy sources, and bolster energy independence. The partnership signifies the Strioga Family Foundation's entry into the Italian energy market, aligning with its mission to invest in renewable energy and climate technology.
With this transaction, Enfinity Global continues to attract investors to its Italian platform. The deal highlights the company's strategy of bringing in minority shareholders to its project portfolios and recycling capital for further development of energy capacity in Italy.
