Enfinity Global Partners with Strioga Family Foundation on 150 MW Energy Storage Project in Italy

MILAN, Italy – July 16, 2026 – Renewable energy firm Enfinity Global and E Energy Invest, the investment vehicle of the Strioga Family Foundation, have entered into a strategic co-investment partnership in Italy. Under the agreement, the Strioga Foundation will acquire a 49.9% stake in a 150 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) project located in the province of Livorno, Tuscany.

Enfinity Global will retain a majority ownership of 50.1% and will be responsible for the further development, construction, and long-term operation of the facility. The 150 MW project, with a 4-hour duration and 600 MWh capacity, has obtained full permitting and is part of Enfinity's approximately 6.7 GW BESS portfolio in Italy.

The project aims to enhance grid flexibility, facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, and strengthen energy independence. Enfinity's integrated platform of solar and BESS solutions supports its position in Italy's energy transition.

This partnership marks the Strioga Family Foundation's entry into the Italian energy market, with a focus on investments in renewable energy, battery storage, and energy efficiency. The collaboration combines Enfinity's expertise in project development and operation with the foundation's long-term investment approach and experience in energy transition projects.
