ST. LOUIS – Engagedly has announced its tenth annual Top 100 HR Influencers list, recognizing individuals whose ideas and leadership are shaping the future of work. The announcement was made on September 28, 2026.
For the 2026 edition, Engagedly also introduced the Essential 10, a new distinction for ten individuals whose sustained influence has significantly defined modern work, leadership, culture, and people practices.
The recognized influencers span various HR domains, including AI in HR, employee experience and well-being, employer branding, DEI, HR technology, leadership development, learning and skills, organizational development, people analytics, and talent acquisition and management. Candidates were evaluated based on their impact, innovation, recent contributions, and thought leadership.
