Enginsight Launches Own MDR Service for Businesses
Cybersecurity provider Enginsight introduces its new Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service. The offering allows companies to outsource threat detection and incident management to specialized experts.

German cybersecurity firm Enginsight has launched its own Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service. This new offering is designed to help businesses enhance their security posture by outsourcing continuous threat hunting and incident response to specialized experts. The service aims to alleviate the burden on IT security personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and organizations that may lack the internal resources and expertise to manage advanced cyber threats effectively.
The introduction of the MDR service addresses the increasing volume and sophistication of cyberattacks. Mario Jandeck, CEO of Enginsight, highlighted that the service combines advanced technology with human expertise to enable rapid identification and neutralization of threats before they can cause significant damage. A key benefit is the reduction of the Mean-Time-to-Respond (MTTR) to security incidents, thereby improving overall security efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Enginsight's MDR service leverages the company's proprietary All-in-one-Security platform, which includes Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) capabilities. The service is delivered through carefully selected and trained Security Operations Center (SOC) partners who possess in-depth knowledge of Enginsight's technology, ensuring a potent combination of technical and human oversight for threat defense.
The MDR service is currently available in three variants: Basic, Standard, and SOC as a Service, differing in response times, monitoring coverage, and reporting frequency. Enginsight also emphasizes its flexibility, offering customized MDR solutions to meet specific client requirements. Businesses interested in learning more can request individual demonstrations and consultations regarding the service.
