Eniro Group approves extraordinary dividend of 2.50 SEK per share

Shareholders of Eniro Group AB approved an extraordinary cash dividend of 2.50 SEK per share during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held today. The payout follows a proposal submitted by the company's board of directors.

The company has set November 6, 2026, as the record date for the dividend payment. Shareholders registered by this date will be eligible to receive the distribution.

In addition to the dividend, shareholders voted in favor of all other proposals brought forward by the board. Detailed minutes from the proceedings are expected to be made available on the Eniro corporate website.
