Eniro sells Dynava for SEK 102 million, focuses on digital marketing
Eniro Group has agreed to sell Dynava Group to Servana AB for SEK 102 million. Following the transaction, Eniro will exclusively focus on digital marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Nordic region.

Eniro Group AB has announced an agreement to sell all shares in its subsidiary Dynava Group AB to Servana AB (publ) for SEK 102 million. Dynava generated net sales of SEK 318 million and an EBITDA of SEK 12 million last year.
The divestment means Eniro Group will now concentrate solely on its digital marketing business for small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordic region. Dynava provides customer service, answering services, and directory assistance to large companies in Sweden and Finland, and also includes the Dynava Lab innovation unit.
This strategic move aims to allow Eniro to sharpen its focus and allocate resources entirely to its core digital marketing operations, enhancing its market position in the Nordic SME sector.
