Enova Appoints New Board Member, Two Depart
Maria Veltre joins Enova International's Board of Directors. Simultaneously, two existing members, William M. Goodyear and Mark McGowan, are stepping down as part of a planned transition.

Chicago, IL โ July 10, 2026 โ Enova International (NYSE: ENVA), an online financial services provider, announced changes to its Board of Directors. Maria Veltre will join the company's board, effective immediately.
Veltre serves as an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital and previously sat on the board of Allworth Financial. Her extensive background in financial services includes roles at Santander US, Fifth Third Bank, and Citi, with expertise in digital strategies and leading customer-centric businesses.
Concurrently, William M. Goodyear and Mark McGowan are retiring from the board as part of a planned transition. The company stated that the resignations are not related to any disagreements with Enova. The appointments are expected to bring new perspectives and experience to the company's growth and strategic development.
Enova International provides financial services to small businesses and consumers underserved by traditional banks. Over its 20-year history, the company has provided approximately $70 billion in loans and financing to nearly 15 million customers, utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
