Enova International Announces $600 Million Senior Note Offering
Financial services firm Enova International intends to issue $600 million in senior notes maturing in 2031 to refinance existing debt.

Chicago-based Enova International has announced plans to issue $600 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031. The obligations will be senior and unsecured, guaranteed by the company’s domestic subsidiaries, excluding specific securitization entities.
The proceeds are earmarked for the redemption of Enova's outstanding 11.25% senior notes due 2028, currently scheduled for December 15, 2026. Any remaining funds from the issuance will be allocated toward reducing outstanding borrowings under the company's revolving credit facility. The redemption of the existing 2028 notes is contingent upon the successful closing of this new offering.
The notes are being offered exclusively to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act. This move represents a strategic effort by the firm to manage its capital structure and extend its debt maturity profile amid current market conditions.
