Ensera Launches Alliance Network with Medical Device and Fill-Finish Suppliers
Ensera has launched the Ensera Alliance Network, bringing together medical device platform providers and fill-finish service specialists. The network aims to streamline the market introduction of injectable drug-device combination products.
Global CDMO Ensera has established the Ensera Alliance Network, uniting specialists in medical device platforms and fill-finish services. The network is designed to manage the complexity involved in bringing drug-device combination products to market.
The alliance includes SHL Medical, Stevanato Group, and Ypsomed as platform providers, alongside Argonaut Manufacturing Services and American Injectables for fill-finish operations. Launching combination products often requires pharmaceutical companies to coordinate multiple specialized suppliers across various manufacturing stages.
"Too many combination product programs are slowed down by poorly connected suppliers and difficult handoffs," said Bobby O'Connor, Chief Commercial Officer at Ensera. "The Ensera Alliance Network brings together trusted specialists in a more coordinated, responsive model, helping clients simplify launches, reduce risks, and accelerate time to market."
Ensera intends to expand the network with additional members over time. Participation in the network is not exclusive, and clients can continue to engage individual companies directly.
