Envalior Showcases Data Center Material Solutions at Fakuma 2026
Envalior is exhibiting new material solutions for next-generation data center power distribution, connectivity, and cooling at Fakuma 2026. The solutions aim to enhance reliability and accelerate time-to-market.

Envalior is presenting its latest material solutions for data center technology suppliers at Fakuma 2026, held from October 12 to 16 in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The company's offerings are designed to meet the increasing performance, efficiency, and reliability demands of AI-driven data centers.
As data centers face rising power densities and operating temperatures, components must safely manage higher voltages and thermal loads. Envalior's featured materials, such as Stanyl® PA46 for arc quenching, Xytron™ PPS for cooling systems, and Pocan® PBT (CTI 600) for high-voltage busbars and connectors, are intended to improve the reliability of power distribution, cooling, and switchgear.
The company also offers 360 Innovation Services, providing customers with support from material selection to production optimization. This service integrates material science, simulation, and application expertise to help clients minimize risks and speed up product launches in the expanding data center market.
"The rising demands of data centers call for a new generation of materials offering greater tracking resistance and heat resistance," stated Martin Burg, Advanced Development Expert at Envalior. "Especially the shift to 800V DC power infrastructure requires specialized solutions for connectors, fan components, and switchgear."
