Envision and Sasol Collaborate on Green Hydrogen Study in South Africa

Envision Energy and Sasol have initiated a collaboration to conduct a design study for a potential green hydrogen system at Sasol's Sasolburg operations in South Africa. This partnership seeks to explore pathways for cleaner energy production and transition away from fossil fuels.

The study will focus on assessing the feasibility and design of integrating green hydrogen production at the Sasolburg site. Green hydrogen, produced using renewable energy sources like solar and wind power, is considered a key component in decarbonization efforts.

Sasol, a global integrated chemicals and energy company, brings extensive operational experience, while Envision Energy contributes expertise in renewable energy technology and integration. The collaboration aims to leverage these complementary strengths.
