Epiroc AB to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on June 18
Atlas Copco AB is distributing all shares in Epiroc AB to its shareholders. Epiroc's shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on June 18, 2018.
Stockholm, Sweden – Epiroc AB is set to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm beginning Monday, June 18, 2018. This follows a resolution by Atlas Copco AB’s general meeting of shareholders to distribute all shares in Epiroc AB to Atlas Copco’s shareholders. The record date for the distribution has been set for June 14, 2018.
Nasdaq Stockholm’s listing committee has resolved to admit Epiroc’s series A and series B shares to trading on the stock exchange, subject to customary conditions including the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s approval of the prospectus. The distribution will be conducted on a 1:1 basis, meaning each shareholder in Atlas Copco AB will receive one Epiroc AB share for each Atlas Copco share held.
The last day to trade Atlas Copco shares with the right to receive Epiroc shares is June 12, 2018. From June 13, 2018, the Atlas Copco share will trade without entitlement to Epiroc shares.
Epiroc shares will trade under the tickers EPI A for series A shares and EPI B for series B shares. The company’s prospectus for the admission to trading is expected to be published on May 25, 2018.
