Epiroc and SANY Group Sign Global Partnership Agreement
Epiroc, a supplier to the mining and infrastructure industries, has entered a strategic partnership with SANY Group, a manufacturer of construction machinery. The collaboration will explore broader opportunities in selected areas for both industries.
Swedish company Epiroc AB has signed a strategic partnership agreement with China-based SANY Group, a global manufacturer of heavy equipment. The agreement aims to enhance collaboration opportunities within the mining and infrastructure sectors.
The partnership will focus on expanding product portfolios by combining Epiroc's hydraulic breakers, specialty attachments, and ground engaging tools with SANY's excavators and loaders. This is intended to provide customers with increased productivity and more integrated solutions for infrastructure applications.
In the mining sector, the companies will work together to boost customer productivity by integrating Epiroc's electrified equipment and charging solutions with SANY's expertise in electric microgrids and green energy. The official signing ceremony took place at SANY Industrial Park in Changsha, China.
