Epiroc Annual Meeting Approves Dividend and Elects Board Members

Epiroc AB's Annual General Meeting, held on May 5, approved the proposed dividend of SEK 3.80 per share, to be paid in two equal installments. The first installment is expected to be distributed on May 12, 2026, with the second on October 22, 2026.

The meeting approved the income statements and balance sheets for the parent company and the Group. The Board of Directors and the President and CEO were discharged from liability for the 2025 financial year. The remuneration report was also approved.

Ten board members were elected, with Eeva Sipilä and Andrew Walker being new additions. Ronnie Leten was re-elected as Chair of the Board. Fees for the board and its committees were approved, and members have the option to receive part of their remuneration in synthetic shares.

Ernst & Young was re-elected as the company's auditor. A performance-based personnel option plan for 2026 was approved, and the Board was authorized to manage share transactions related to stock option plans and board fees.

Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, based in Stockholm, Sweden. The company reported revenues of approximately SEK 62 billion in 2025 and has around 19,000 employees worldwide.
