Epiroc's AGM approves dividend and elects board members
Epiroc's Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of SEK 3.80 per share and elected nine board members, including two new additions: Jenny Lindqvist and Fredric Stahl.
Epiroc AB announced the outcomes of its Annual General Meeting held on May 8, including the approval of a proposed dividend and changes to the company's board of directors.
The meeting approved a dividend of SEK 3.80 per share, to be paid in two equal installments of SEK 1.90. The first payment is scheduled for May, with the second in October, reflecting the company's 2024 financial performance.
Nine board members were elected. Re-elected members include Anthea Bath, Johan Forssell, Helena Hedblom, Jeane Hull, Ronnie Leten, Ulla Litzén, and Sigurd Mareels. Jenny Lindqvist and Fredric Stahl were elected as new members. Ronnie Leten was re-elected as Chair of the Board.
The assembly also approved the remuneration report and set the fees for board members. Ernst & Young was re-elected as the company's auditor. Additionally, the board received authorization to purchase and transfer own Series A shares, primarily to fulfill obligations related to employee stock options.
A performance-based personnel option plan for 2025 was also approved, allowing board members to receive 50% of their remuneration in synthetic shares or the entire amount in cash.
