Stockholm, Sweden – Epiroc AB held its Annual General Meeting on May 5. The meeting approved the income statements and balance sheets of the parent company and the Group, discharging the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability for the 2025 financial year.

The AGM declared a dividend of SEK 3.80 per share, to be paid in two installments of SEK 1.90 each. The first installment is scheduled for May, with the second in October. This allocation reflects the company's financial performance and commitment to shareholder returns.

Ten board members were elected at the meeting. Ronnie Leten was re-elected as Chair of the Board. Eeva Sipilä and Andrew Walker were elected as new board members, joining eight re-elected members. This composition aims to provide continued strategic guidance and oversight.

The meeting also approved a performance-based personnel option plan for 2026. The Board was authorized to buy and transfer own Series A shares to fulfill obligations related to this plan and for synthetic shares as part of board remuneration.
