Episurf Medical Acquires Property Portfolio in Hudiksvall for SEK 300 Million
Episurf Medical has completed the acquisition of eight properties in Hudiksvall for SEK 300 million. The transaction significantly expands the company's real estate holdings.
Episurf Medical AB has finalized the purchase of eight properties located in Hudiksvall, Sweden, for an agreed underlying property value of SEK 300 million. The acquisition was conducted through a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The acquired portfolio comprises approximately 16,300 square meters of leasable area. These properties are expected to generate annual rental income of roughly SEK 26.1 million, with a net operating income projected at approximately SEK 22.4 million.
The deal includes most of the non-completed property portfolio that was previously detailed in a company press release dated December 30, 2025. One specific property, Åvik 26:14, was excluded from the transaction.
This move represents a strategic expansion of Episurf Medical's real estate assets and strengthens its operational footprint within the Hudiksvall region.
