Episurf Medical to acquire property in Greater Stockholm for approximately SEK 95 million

Episurf Medical has entered into a letter of intent to acquire all shares in LC Åkersberga Fastighets AB, owner of the property Åkersberga Berga 11:47 in Greater Stockholm. The agreed underlying property value before deferred tax is approximately SEK 95 million.

This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to establish a Nordic property platform focused on cash flow-generating assets and long-term value creation. The property is fully let and centrally located in Åkersberga.

The transaction is expected to strengthen Episurf Medical's presence in the real estate sector.
