ePlus Acquires Assets of Daymark Solutions

ePlus inc. (NASDAQ NGS: PLUS) announced the completion of its acquisition of assets from Daymark Solutions, an IT solutions provider based in Massachusetts.

The acquisition is intended to accelerate ePlus's growth in cloud services and strengthen its presence in the Northeastern United States market. Daymark brings expertise and experience in cloud solutions to the deal.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ePlus expects the acquisition to support its strategic goals of expanding its service offerings and enhancing its market position.
