Neu-Isenburg, Germany – Energy provider eprimo GmbH has attained the highest level of customer satisfaction among basic electricity suppliers, according to a comparative study by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), commissioned by the news channel ntv. The findings were released as part of the "Stromanbieter 2024" (Electricity Provider 2024) survey.

The study, which surveyed 2,936 participants evaluating 34 providers, assessed key areas including service, price, contract terms, transparency, tariff offerings, and image. Respondents particularly highlighted eprimo's transparency, along with a higher willingness among its customers to recommend the provider compared to competitors.

"This recognition spurs us on to continue offering the best possible service," stated eprimo CEO Katja Steger. The company supplies electricity to approximately 1.9 million customers and emphasizes its commitment to providing green energy at the most affordable rates.

The evaluation also noted a growing trend towards renewable energy, with nearly 61% of respondents now using green electricity, an increase from previous years. eprimo, which exclusively supplies green power, is well-positioned to cater to this expanding market.
