eprimo has been recognized as a family-friendly employer in the "Familienfreundliche Arbeitgeber 2025" (Family-Friendly Employers 2025) study, conducted by F.A.Z.-Institut and the analysis firm ServiceValue. The company secured the top position among supra-regional energy providers.
The study found that eprimo enables its employees to achieve a high degree of work-life balance. The company offers flexible working models and remote work options to support its staff. Additionally, support is provided for the care of family members, alongside health initiatives and corporate fitness programs.
eprimo CEO Katja Steger highlighted the company's commitment to flexible work arrangements. She also emphasized the focus on employee health and well-being through various programs and benefits, including opportunities to participate in renewable energy projects.
For the study, ServiceValue analyzed approximately 3.2 million mentions of around 17,100 companies across social media. eprimo achieved outstanding scores in the employer, work climate, and family-friendliness categories, reinforcing its position as a top employer in Germany's energy sector.
