Epsilon and CitrusAd, part of Publicis Groupe, received recognition in the "The Forrester Wave™: Sell-Side Retail Media Solutions, Q3 2021" report. Epsilon was named a Strong Performer, and CitrusAd a Leader, underscoring Publicis Groupe's focus on advancing its position in the retail media sector.

The report highlighted Epsilon's strengths, including top scores in off-site ad inventory and identity solutions. CitrusAd achieved the highest score for performance, measurement, and reporting, alongside the highest possible score in on-site monetization.

Forrester evaluated eight companies' sell-side retail media solutions against 25 criteria, categorized into current offering, strategy, and market presence. These recognitions follow Publicis Groupe's planned acquisition of CitrusAd, which is expected to significantly enhance the company's integrated retail media offerings.

Publicis Groupe believes that the synergy between Epsilon and CitrusAd, particularly leveraging Epsilon's CORE ID identity technology, will enable a new generation of retail media grounded in true customer identity. This approach aims to allow brands to optimize their messaging across the consumer journey and provide consolidated, SKU-level measurement.
