Investment firm EQT AB has announced its Annual Shareholder Meeting will take place on May 27, 2024, in Stockholm. Shareholders can attend in person or vote in advance.
EQT AB has announced that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Monday, May 27, 2024, at 3:00 PM CEST at Cirkus in Stockholm. Shareholders have the option to participate in person or to vote in advance. To be eligible to attend, shareholders must be registered in Euroclear Sweden's shareholder register as of Friday, May 17, 2024.
Registration for participation must be completed by Tuesday, May 21. Shareholders attending in person can register via email, mail, or phone. Those opting for advance voting must submit their vote using a designated form, which Computershare AB must receive no later than May 21.
Simultaneous translation between Swedish and English will be provided at the venue. Shareholders are reminded of their right to request information from the board and the CEO, as per the Swedish Companies Act. The company also notes that shareholders with shares registered in a nominee account must arrange for their shares to be re-registered in their own name within specified deadlines to participate.
